Villa Occupancy

 

The maximum occupancy per villa is 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 Child (2-11.99 years) in extra bed and 1 Infant (0-1.99 years), bed sharing with parents.

 

Standard Check-in/out

 

Standard Check-in time will be at 1400hrs and Standard Check-out will be at 1200hrs (noon).

Late Check-out will be charged 50% from the room rate until 1800hrs (Late check-out are subject to availability). Guaranteed Late Check-out will be charged 100% on room rate.

 

Cancellation / No Show charges

 

If the booking cancels 14 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation penalty will be charge 75% of the total booking amount.

If the booking cancels 07 to 02 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation penalty will be charge 50% of the total booking amount.

If the booking cancels or no-show on the arrival day, the cancellation penalty will be charge 100% of the total booking amount including the transfer charges.

 

Payment terms and Conditions

 

Once the booking confirm, we will send the pro-forma invoice along with the confirmation Letter.

All the confirmed booking payment should be settling 15 days prior to their arrival. Once the payments are settling, you are required to send us payment receipt.  If we  DO NOT get the payment  05days prior to the arrival, the guest transfer will be cancel without any future notice and if we DO NOT get the payment 03 days prior to the arrival, then the booking will be cancel without any future notice and the guest house will NOT take any responsibility for the cancellation.

After we cancel the booking due to no payment and if the guest arrive and they need to come to the Maaz Inn Fenfushi, then we will collect the payment before the arrival and also the transfer cannot be guaranteed or the smooth transfer will NOT confirmed.

Cancellation will be charged 100% of the booking, without any REFUND of the PREPAYMENTS.
